Our Guarantee insures you can be confident in selecting Rentz Working Dogs for your new German Shepherd Puppy or your highly trained protection dog.

Hips and Elbows are guaranteed to be free of Dysplasia at two years of age for puppies (24 months is the age you can receive an official rating from OFA) or one year after adult dog purchase. (We x-ray all or our adult dogs before placement.) If the dog is found to be dysplastic, we will replace your puppy or dog with a similar replacement for free.

12 month guarantee on any genetic health condition that renders the puppy or adult dog unable to be used for the purpose it was originally sold for, will be replaced with a free replacement.

Performance Guaranteed for 12 months on any of the trained Level 1-4 dogs. We are available by phone, email or in person to help with any issues. If further help is needed, we offer free training at our facility for as long as it takes to correct the issue. If issue can not be resolved by training, we will replace the dog for free.
